BB Cream Review by Go-City-Girl

Now let’s put the cards on the table. *Whiskey in hand*. We get on with BB creams a bit like Dolce & Gabbana get on with the tax man. We avoid them completely until one day we’re forced to try it. So when Ginvera came along with their fancy green tea extract ingredients, we were less inclined to fall for it. And boy, we were proven wrong.

Not only is it the best BB cream I have ever tried (the Garnier one is still rotting in my make-up bag) it’s one of the best light foundations I have ever encountered. And that’s for two reasons, given my combination skin with a forehead like a chip shop grease pan: 1) It adapts to any skin tone – even David Dickenson could snag it 2) It’s luminous without your face looking like oil slick 3) It’s just bloody fantastic all round.

But as well as making your skin look close to flawless with its smooth and perfecting consistency, and more importantly, natural (we don’t condone TOWIE-esque cover ups) it provides all day hydration for skin softer than a baby’s bum, reduces the formation of wrinkles and fine lines AND contains SPF 30. It’s like God created skin heaven and popped it into a bottle. So we might be purchasing a crate of it before you lot get your mitts on them.

We were also flabbergasted by Ginvera’s Green Tea Exfoliating Marvel Gel, which made my skin squeaky clean after one use by targeting the cornified skin layer, dissolving and removing the dead skin cells on the top most epidermis layer and revealed bright and smooth skin which I didn’t even know I had. So top marks, Ginvera, you’ve just earned yourselves an office of customers. Go nuts and shop Ginvera products on
